I was asked to review this book by Strictly Reviews... However, all thoughts and comments regarding this book are solely mine!

I do not judge short stories on the rush of their relationships, because they are just that - short stories. So, yes the relationships always could have been drawn out more, yea it seems like they fall in love to fast and of course the story could have been made longer... but it is a short story. So with that said.... here is my review...

I have to say that this book blew me away. I was really touched with this book. This story touched me so much, I had tears in my eyes a few times. Remember, this is a short story, but it has just the right amount of emotion without being to much. Ms. Blaine provoked enough emotion from me to redeem Suzy from any pass discretion.

Imagine the love of your life gone one day... The man that makes you blood boil, makes you weak in your knees, makes your heart beat a little faster, gets you a little hot under the panties... Now imagine him gone... But in front of you stands his identical twin brother... Looks, sounds, and feels just like him... What would you do?? How do you think you would feel??

Well, Suzy is faced with a decision to move on with her life. There had to be life after Marco right?? The path she chose was not the best... she fell back to the old Suzy... but could you blame her... The decisions being made for her - were not made by her... So, did they truly know what was best for her, did they have her heart in mind, or did they really even care about what she wanted?

Suzy really showed true emotion in this book and I was very proud of the woman she became. Ms. Blaine penned Suzy's character very real, with real problems, with real emotions! I was a little scare that "you can't teach an old dog new tricks" would have happened to Suzy. I was worried that I would wind up hating Suzy and who she was.... But I commend her for the person she became!! And yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks!! To find out the tricks she learned... You will have to read!
