*Blurb Blitz Tour* Ava's Pleasure by Heidi Lynn Anderson *Goddess Tour*

 Ava’s Pleasure

by Heidi Lynn Anderson

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When prim proper Ava stumbles into a Miami sex club, she isn't expecting to find the man
from her dreams. Navy SEAL Logan is just wasting time between missions until this naïve and
innocent woman turns his world upside down.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Oh, thank God," she said under her breath.

"Honey, I have the boxes you asked for," he said, sauntering in, still wearing his fire department
uniform. The navy Polo shirt and cargo pants fit him to a T.

Ava had to admit he made a hunky picture. She wondered why she didn't have the same
reaction to his six foot two well-muscled frame as all her girlfriends. They all loved his kind
brown eyes, boyish good looks, and underwear-model body.

Her mind flashed to the day, five years ago, when she met Nick. Her roommate dragged her
to a fundraiser for the local hospital's burn unit. That night firefighters stripped down to their
skivvies for a good cause.

She remembered her shock and dismay when he pulled her up on the stage and kissed her
senseless. When Nick realized he'd scared her spitless, he bought her a drink and apologized-
-then bugged her until they were best friends. He'd been kissing her and calling her honey ever
since. She loved him like an annoying brother.

He dropped the boxes next to Sister Mary Elizabeth, gave her a little wink, then continued
toward Ava. Nick turned her office chair and pressed his lips to hers. She waited for the tingling
feelings to start, but nothing. Not even when the tip of his tongue swiped her bottom lip. Am I
dead inside?

Ava leaned back and forced a smile. "Hi, honey, thank you for coming on short notice."

Nick sat on her desk, his back to the now sputtering sister and mouthed, Nothing?

Ava grinned and shook her head. "Nick, let me introduce you to Sister Mary Elizabeth."

He winked again and stood to face the fuming woman. "Nice to meet you, Sister."

Nick must have blessed her with his charming smile, because the old nun's face twisted into a
small grin. It must work on every woman on the planet--except for her.

*Blogwide Tour & Guest Post* Checking It Twice by Jodi Redford *LitConnect*

Genre: Contemporary Romance
Tone: Erotic Heat
Level: Erotic (m/f/m menage)
Publisher: Samhain Publishing
Publishing Date: November 27, 2012
Format: eBook
Words: 60,000

Blurb:

Tis the season for double seduction.

The only item on Jana Colton’s Christmas list this year is Kevin Monahan. Preferably naked in her bed. The delicious, hunky chef has been resisting her forever, but she’s pulling out all the sexy stops this holiday. Especially since his acceptance of an out-of-state job threatens to nix her quest to rock his boxers off.

Jana has always been Kevin’s personal Kryptonite, but giving in to her isn’t an option. Relationships are a four-letter word in his book. He cares far too much for Jana to let his emotional baggage ultimately break her heart.

With the arrival of his best friend, Nick Pappas, the balance of temptation shifts. From their past history of sharing women, Nick knows every dirty trick it takes to lead Kevin astray, and he’s not afraid to use them. Particularly since Nick’s convinced that Jana is exactly what Kevin needs to be happy and whole.

Their game of seduction quickly snowballs into something that feels an awful lot like love—in triplicate. But with Kevin dead set on leaving Michigan, there’s a real possibility it could be a blue Christmas for them all.

Product Warnings: This book contains an extremely tormented voyeur, a very naughty and not so saintly Nick, a liberal application of candy cane-flavored body paint, a buzzing butterfly, and enough raunchy fun on a sex swing to melt a snowman…or two.

Ladies and Gents of the Lair.... Please put together the warmest, hussiest, smuttiess welcome you can for an awesome author & our guest today...

Ms. Jodi Redford....

First off, a huge thanks to the Smutty Hussy for having me on her smuttilicious blog today to celebrate the release of my latest, Checking It Twice.

For those who are new to me, you might not know that Checking It Twice is the follow up to The Naughty List. You might also not know that it is my sixth ménage book. To the casual observer, it might appear as if I’m obsessed with ménages.

And you’d be right.

I’ll admit that there’s something about writing these unconventional love stories that really inspires and challenges me. Let’s face it, making love work between two is hard enough. Throw one more person into the equation and it can be downright chaotic. Possibly insane. But hey, I never said I like doing things the easy way. And in the case of Jana, Kevin and Nick, this trio faced a real uphill battle to find their happily ever after.

When I was first developing the character of Kevin and I realized he was a voyeur, it instantly made sense to me that this book would be a ménage. After all, if I had a voyeur on my hands he needed to have some visual temptation, right? Well, who better to provide that temptation than a pair of sinfully hot exhibitionists? Namely, Jana Colton—the woman Kevin has craved for the last five years but held at arm’s length. And Nick Pappas, Kevin’s estranged best friend who also has a raging case of lust for Jana. The three of them together generate seriously sizzling fireworks. Their love scenes are some of the hottest I’ve written. But for me, it’s never just about the sex. The most explicit, wicked love scene lacks depth if there’s no emotion to it. So for me, that’s the key to a really satisfying ménage romance. Mining those emotions. The only way I will ever make the readers care about the characters is if I care about them. And that, my friends, means getting inside their heads. Feeling the gods awful queasy giddiness of being head over ass in love with someone. Or someones, in Jana’s case. And worrying that the day will come when both Kevin and Nick will walk out of her life.

I’m sure many of us are no stranger to desperately wanting something to work out. Maybe it wasn’t love related, but life has a way of throwing road blocks at us in a multitude of different forms. Jana has a deep well of perseverance and a never give up attitude that was never the less challenged continuously. It broke my heart to have to put her through those painful paces, but a love story never tastes sweeter than when it is hard fought.

And ultimately, I hope that’s exactly what I’ve created with Checking It Twice. A sweet, delicious, sexy love story with a heavy chaser of naughty.

*Blog Tour Giveaway* Philip's Watcher by Dianne Hartsock *Goddess*

Philip’s Watcher
by Dianne Hartsock

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BLURB:
Darkness is spreading in the world with only the powerful Agenor family to oppose it. In the guise of a stone gargoyle atop the castle walls, Adrian has protected Philip, the young heir, since birth, watching him grow from childhood into a strong but lonely man without love.
When the clan chief, Philip’s father, is murdered by those he trusted, Adrian resumes his human form to better protect his beloved Philip. And finds his love returned. As lovers, their passion is all-consuming, but as they fight against treachery from within, will their love be enough to stem the dark tide sweeping the land? And will it be enough to keep Adrian’s heart alive…
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Excerpt:

Philip chewed his lip as he watched the storm clouds gather in the leaden sky. The wind picked up, cold and heavy with rain. It whipped the hair from his face and distracted him from the study of the desolate landscape spread below his feet. How he longed for spring! But winter lingered long past when it should have given way to new growth in the valley. He guessed the reason for it, and a cold finger of dread touched his heart.

An icy gust buffeted him on the exposed balcony, and Philip gathered the long strands of his hair and tied them at his neck. He bit hard on his bottom lip to stop its tremble and welcomed the pain against the ache in his heart. “He’s not coming back, is he?” he whispered as the first fat drops of moisture struck his face. He pounded a fist on the stone railing in frustration and impotent fury. “Father should have let them come to us, where we’re prepared.”

But their enemy had thrown down the gauntlet, and in his pride, Philip’s father picked it up. Jonathon Agenor had always been that way, as far back as Philip remembered. He supposed the gravity of being the Agenor Chief had made his father distant. The man kept his own council and wouldn’t listen to Philip’s cautions against a trap. The bait had been a threat against Philip’s life, something the proud man couldn’t tolerate. His life had been the forfeit. Philip closed his eyes and let the grief wash over him.

The rain swept against the walls of the stronghold, and Philip leaned his head against the stone statue on the railing beside him. “I still have you, and that’s a comfort.” He turned his gaze to the familiar face. There were many gargoyles on the high balconies of the castle, but this was his favorite. The onyx eyes glittered as if in sympathy. Distraught, Philip trailed a finger along the crack in the stonework from the creature’s forehead to its muscular chest. He flattened his hand over the cold heart and willed it to beat as he had hundreds of times before. The stone stayed firm under his palm.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
 Ladies and gents of the Lair, please give a warm welcome to this wonderful author!!!
Since you are a new to me author, I am hoping to bring you to the light of others! So let’s share!
Okay, I’m not very good at sharing, but I’ll give it a try…
Why don't you tell us a little about yourself.... Something that we cannot Google about you, lol!
My favorite author in all the world is Ray Bradbury. It’s from his stories that I get my love for the autumn and Halloween and outer space. I was always going to be him when I grew up, and write wonderful stories that capture people’s imagination. I probably own every book he’s written.
Tell us a little about your book?
Philip’s Watcher is about the timeless battle between good and evil. Darkness is once again spreading in the world with only the powerful Agenor family to oppose it. In the guise of a stone gargoyle atop the castle walls, Adrian has protected Philip, the young heir, since birth, watching him grow from childhood into lonely adult hood.
When the clan chief, Philip’s father, is betrayed and murdered by those he trusted, Adrian resumes his human form to better safeguard Philip. As lovers, they fight against the darkness, but will their strength be enough to stem the dark tide sweeping the land?
How much emotion does it take from you to write?
My stories are character driven, but more than that, they’re driven by my characters’ emotions. I feel my way through the story, every hurt, joy, pain, laughter love and loss they go through, I’m right there with them. Some scenes can take me hours or even days to write. Sometimes I almost feel like I’m giving birth to the scene, they’re so difficult to get down on the pate. It’s often a struggle to find just the right words to capture the emotion I’m looking for. But you know what? I wouldn’t have it any other way.
What is your favorite part of the book?
Philip touched Adrian’s arm, and Adrian’s blood heated at the contrast of Philip’s white hand against his dark skin. It took all his control not to pull his darling into his embrace and ravage his lips.
Philip met his gaze, the gray eyes earnest, vulnerable. “Father had spoken of a Watcher on our walls. He wouldn’t tell me which statue you were, for your safety, but I had always hoped it was you.”
“Philip, I—” Adrian choked back his words. He’d dreamed of this moment so many times. Philip’s unquestioning acceptance of him was more than he’d hoped for. But in his vision he’d returned the hero, saving Philip and the world from peril. In reality he’d brought the danger to Philip’s hearth. And Jaimin’s powers had always been the stronger between them.
This is one of my favorite scenes, where Adrian finally hears the words of love from Philip he’d been waiting a lifetime for.
You can only pick 3 words for your main characters..what would they be? *to describe your main characters*
Philip: strong, brave, true
Adrian: loyal, loving, gentle heart
Which was the easiest character to write and the hardest ~ and why??
Adrian was the easiest to write because he came to me as a complete person, strengths and faults and all. The scenes with him seemed to write themselves. They flowed smoothly as his personality and goodness unfolded naturally in the storyline. And besides, I was excited to be writing about a gargoyle, something I’ve wanted to do for quite a while.
I had more trouble with Philip. He’d been raised in isolation and was more quiet and introverted than Adrian. He came to me slowly. I seemed to discover him much as my readers will, a little at a time throughout the book.
How many books are you shooting for in this series??
I don’t have a limit. I’ve been working on the sequel, which is to take place directly from where Philip’s Watcher left off. We’ll see what happens after this one.
What are you currently working on?
I’m working on the sequel to my psychological thriller novel ALEX. I also have several more erotic romances I’m finishing up and a couple more planned out. Keeping busy!
Do you have anything due to release soon?
I have several stories due out from Breathless Press in the near future, MERRY CHRISTMAS, SHELTON and WEE WILLIE WINKIE-a naughty nursery rhyme. I’ll also be in a couple of anthologies early next year.
What's one thing that you enjoy about writing?
It might sound odd, but I feel so accomplished when I finish a story. It’s such a satisfying feeling that an idea I had and characters that made themselves known to me, all came together to tell their story. And that I was able to travel with them to the end, publication, makes all the hard work worthwhile.
Since we're cover hussies....what was your first impression of your cover?
A big slow grin crossed my face! They captured Adrian’s intenseness and concern perfectly. Love his eyes! And Philip…just yum. No wonder Adrian fell in love with him. And I absolutely adore the cool blue they used.
What do you prefer ebooks or paperbacks?
Paperbacks. It’s a tactile thing.
Is there a genre you would like to write but are a little apprehensive to try?
I’ve always wanted to write a sci-fi story, but I’m afraid the science is beyond me. I’ll have to find the time for some real research before I attempt that one.
Okay.... personal time!!!! Oh yeah, I go there... Hahah...
Be sure you want to!
If you thought you were safe... Nah... Forgot it... Not a chance! We will start off slow and easy, I promise!
If I had a nickel for every time…
What is on your night stand/dresser? Night stand: alarm clock and three stuffed bears from my kids. Dresser: jewelry box and various knick knacks and a stack of books.
What are you listening to you right now?
A CD my daughter gave me to listen to, Ratatat. Not bad!
What are you reading right now?
Odd Apocalypse by Dean Koontz
What is your favorite season? Holiday?
Autumn is my favorite season but Christmas is my favorite holiday.
And what has been your best b-day present ever??
My very first laptop computer from my family. My husband, mother-in-law, and my sister all pitched in to buy it for me.
After growing up in California and spending the first ten years of marriage in Colorado, I now live in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon with my incredibly patient husband, who puts up with the endless hours I spend hunched over the keyboard letting my characters play.
I have to say, Oregon’s raindrops are the perfect setting in which to write my slightly twisted tales. There’s something about being cooped up in the house while it pours rain outside, a fire crackles on the hearth inside, and a cup of hot coffee warms my hands which kindles my imagination.
Currently, I work as a floral designer in a locally-owned gift shop. Which is the perfect job for me. When not writing, I can express myself through the rich colors and textures of flowers and foliage.
*Interview/Blog Tour Giveaway* Tasting Fire by Shelly Holt *Goddess Tour*
Ladies and Gents, please let's put together a warm welcome for Ms. Shelly Holt!!!!!
Tasting Fire
by Shelly Holt
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

BLURB:

Shape-shifters have always walked the earth. Shrouded in myth and folklore, hiding in the shadows, watching and waiting. Advances in modern science are now about to reveal them to the world. Kai Tenzin is the self appointed leader of the Pari people. He and his kind evolved from the most reclusive predators on earth. They live and hunt in the most fearsome and rugged terrain known to man, the Himalayas. Kai leaves his small village where the mountains touch the heavens, determined to do anything to protect his people. When he is forced to enlist the aid of the beautiful American scientist Dr. Rae Hales, the last thing he expects to find is a woman who will ensnare his heart and endanger them all. Their action-packed adventure will take them around the world to discover the truth behind the legends and reveal the future of humanity.

 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Q – Since you are a new to me author, I am hoping to bring you to the light of others!  So let's share!  Why don't you tell us a little about yourself....Something that we cannot Google about you. Lol!
Shelly Holt – I have a strange talent for making things out of artificial fur. I have made tons of purses and hats. I have no idea where the talent came from, I just do it.  I get stopped in stores all the time and asked if I sell them.
Q – Tell us a little about your book?
Shelly Holt – Every culture on the planet has multiple folktales describing shape-shifters.  Some of these cultures have been completely isolated from the rest of humanity, yet still have legends of human beings that can change into an animal form.  What if there was a scientific reason that caused shape-shifting?  What if the shape-shifters themselves had allowed the world to believe their existence was only legend, yet they still existed in the shadows?  Tasting Fire is intended to be the first in a series of paranormal romance novels that deals in an intelligent way with the phenomenon of shape-shifting.  There is no magic in the world I created, only adventure, passion, spirituality and a lot of sex.  Their world could easily be our world.
Q – How much emotion does it take from you to write?
Shelly Holt – Well, a great deal actually.  The first emotion was embarrassment.  The first love scene I wrote was early in the book, and I had never written anything like it before.  I was so self-conscious, I even picked up my cats and put them outside of my office and closed the door while I wrote it.  The first love scene I wrote by the way was between Vadim and Rae.  It took many, many rewrites before I got it right.  By the time I wrote the final one in the book, the embarrassment was gone and the kitties were allowed back in.  The family scenes were also quite emotional.  I don't want to give away any spoilers, but I knew they were powerful scenes because from the first draft to the final galley read though, they made me tear up every time.  When I do public readings, I'll have to avoid those scenes because they always make me cry.
Q – What is your favorite part of the book?
Shelly Holt – The epilogue.
Q – You can only pick 3 words for your main characters to describe them.  What would they be?
Shelly Holt – Kai Tenzin would be sexy, leader, tense.  Rae – beautiful, intelligent, kind.
Q – Which was the hardest character to write and the easiest and why?
Shelly Holt – Kai had the most difficult dialog to write.  When he wasn't in the bedroom being the main love attraction, I really had to work hard to make him a fully realized character with depth and emotion outside of his sexual relationship with the heroine.  I gave him a few of my own personal traits to make him a more three dimensional character.  He doesn't sleep on planes, because I don't sleep on planes.  His sense of responsibility for others and anxiety levels comes from me as well.   Nawang Wangdu who is Kai's father was the easiest to write.  He came to life without hardly any effort from me at all.  The actor playing him in my head was the charming and talented James Hong, it was his voice that guided the character development in the theater in my head.
Q – How many books are you shooting for in the series?
Shelly Holt – As many as you would care to buy.  The incredibly rich global library of shape-shifting legends from every culture on the planet could easily keep me busy until I'm Nawang's age. That's the beauty of the series, I can go forward or backwards in time.  Book two by the way takes place thirty years from now.  One thing I am extremely unmovable on is that each book will be about two new lovers.  I will not have one hero or heroine taking on a new lover in each and every book. Kai and Rae's  story is Tasting Fire.  The second book will be about another couple.
Q – What are you currently working on?
Shelly Holt – Book two in the Tasting Fire series, which is still untitled.
Q – What is one thing that you enjoy about writing?
Shelly Holt – The creative aspect of it.
Q – Since we're covering hussies...what was your first impression of your cover?
Shelly Holt – I loved it from the first moment I saw it.  Remember, I'm self-published and had full control over my cover.  It also made me a little sad, my soon to be 44 year old behind hasn't looked like that in a very long time.
Q - What do you prefer e books or paperbacks?
Shelly Holt – e books!
Q – Is there a genre you would like to write, but are a little apprehensive to try?
Shelly Holt – I would love to write YA and maybe someday I will.
Okay...personal time!!!!Oh yeah, I go there...Hahaha...
Q – If you thought you were safe...Nah..Forgot it..Not a chance!  We will start off slow and easy, I promise!
Q - What is on your night stand/dresser?
Shelly Holt – My cat, he sleeps up there.
Q – What are you listening to right now?
Shelly Holt -  Nothing, I'm one of those writers that must have quiet to write.  No music, nothing.
Q - What are you reading right now?
Shelly Holt - Crimson Footprints by Shewanda Pugh, and The Secret History of the Mongol Queens by Jack Weatherford.
Q – What is your favorite season and holiday?
Shelly Holt – Fall and Thanksgiving.
Q – What has been your best birthday present ever?
Shelly Holt – Spending it with my loved ones.
Hard and Quick Time!  Don't think...Just answer!  Okay, before we go this route, I will get us a  refill on our drinks...I will be right back..
You know you do..Quickie time...Think fast..
Q – Are you a quickie kind of girl?
Shelly Holt –  Never.
Q – Dark or Milk Chocolate?
Shelly Holt – Dark.
Q – Whipped or Melted?
Shelly Holt – Steamed and Frothy!
Q - Straight up or with a twist – sex?
Shelly Holt –  With a twist.
Q – What's ur fave drink – in a glass or on him?
Shelly Holt – In a glass.
Q - Spank or Flogger?
Shelly Holt - You know, I didn't write that book, that somebody else's book, and it is on Amazon's best seller's list.
Q – You're not answering the questions!
Shelly Holt -  OK.. OK... I'll be good!  Spank.
Q – Junk or Health food?
Shelly Holt – Health food.
Q - Ties or Chains
Shelly Holt – Ties.
Q - Leather or Lace?
Shelly Holt – Lace.
Q - Soft or Hard..Bed, where was your mind?
Shelly Holt – Soft.
Q - Control or be controlled?
Shelly Holt – Be controlled.
Q – Hot wax or whipped cream?
Shelly Holt -  Whipped cream.
Q - Vampire or Werewolf?
Shelly Holt – Werewolf.
Q - Twitter or Facebook?
Shelly Holt – Facebook.
Q -  Pinterest or not?
Shelly Holt - What is that, some kind of kinky acupuncture?
EXCERPT
The short ride to Kizhi island was exhilarating on the open hydrofoil.  Kai helped Rae off the boat as it docked at the seven mile long island.  The tour group followed their guide off the dock and onto the island.  They listened intently as the guide in stilted English advised them that the site had become a  world heritage site in nineteen-ninety.  There were more than eighty pieces of wooden architecture that made up the outdoor museum’s collection.  The guide then gestured for the large group to follow him.  The tour group was led up to a magnificent structure.  The center piece of the collection that was known as The Church of Transfiguration.
Rae felt as if she had stepped right into a storybook.  The guide started his official recitation on the history of the structure “the Church of Transfiguration has twenty two onion domes.  It was built during the reign of Peter the Great.  No nails were used in the construction and it was created by using interconnecting wood pieces only.”  Kai stood back taking picture after picture of the breathtaking silver domes.  The guide then indicated for them to enter and put his finger over his mouth to indicate silence.
  As Kai and Rae walked in they could hear why the guide silenced them.  A trio of singers were performing a deeply moving mass.  Behind them a gold leaf Russian icon painting glinted in the light that was streaming in through the dusty windows.  The effect transported the tour group back in time.  They were now in a time before digital cameras, before cell phones, to a time when the Tzars ruled Imperial Russia with an iron fist.
AUTHOR Bio and Links:
My name is Shelly Holt and I live in the middle of the harsh and unforgiving Mojave desert. I write my stories looking out of a window that shows sweeping desert views. Outside is a barren and severe landscape, yet inside my head lives a world filled with exotic shape-shifters come to life, pulled from the pages of myth and legend, ready to entice and seduce any reader brave enough to take them on.
It's funny, I never wanted to be a writer!  In 7th grade English, we were given an assignment.  We were told to write an original poem and turn it in the next day.  I was determined to turn in not a good poem, but a great poem.  I spent the whole night working on it instead of watching my favorite show, The Waltons.  (Hey! it was 1980.)  I turned it in the next day.  Apparently, I succeeded a little too well and was accused of copying it from a book. (1980 remember, no internet yet).  The teacher stated and I quote "this is too good for a seventh grader, where did you copy it from?"  Well, I didn't write for 30 years after that. In my 40's, after a life changing move to rural Nevada as a caregiver to my father, I realized I needed a way to earn a little money on the side.  I did some research on the internet and read all about a certain little book, about a certain little college student and a handsome billionaire with some ahem! (issues.)  I decided after reading that book, I could do that, and Tasting Fire was born. I'll admit it's been strange revisiting a talent buried deep inside for so long, forgotten, but apparently not lost. It's been an important journey and one I am quite thankful for and excited to see where it takes me.
Shelly Holt
 P.S. Mr. Jordan, I really did write that poem!
Could he love me? Malachi has wanted to know the answer since his best friend, Daniel, confessed to being gay. He has never forgotten that long-ago conversation, or the secret hope that another confession would follow: that Daniel is in love with him.
Daniel is—and always has been—in love with Malachi. But how is he supposed to share that information without risking the only friendship that has ever mattered to him? He couldn’t handle it if he were kicked out of Malachi’s life. The best Daniel could do was move home to Texas, buy a little rundown ranch to work outside Austin, and visit the watering hole where Malachi tends bar.
Malachi knows that something heavy is riding his friend and he’s tired of watching Daniel’s downward spiral of too much beer and too many meaningless flings. Enough is enough.
Except, when he gets Daniel home and some strong coffee down his gullet, the truth comes pouring out. A truth that nearly knocks Malachi out of his boots.
Courage like that doesn’t come easy…and Malachi can only pray his answer is enough to turn lifelong friends into forever lovers.
Warning: This little tale tries to contain a gay bar, a lot of beer, a hot cowboy with a pitchfork, another one with a serious addiction to boots and coffee, and a secret yearning between the two for hot blooded, can’t wait to get naked, just leave your boots on sex. Oh, and there are doughnuts…
For those of you that know me... and those that don't this is my little statement about short books.... I do not judge short stories on the rush of their relationships, because they are just that - short stories. So, yes the relationships always could have been drawn out more, yea it seems like they fall in love to fast and of course the story could have been made longer... but it is a short story. So with that said.... here is my review...
And just a reminder, if you have not figured it out yet... This is a m/m story line... This story is m/m loving. If this is not your cup of tea, you will not hurt my feelings if you just simply stop by to say hi! I just hope that one day, you give m/m loving a chance! Every one deserves to be happy! :) Thanks for stopping by!
Okay... If you come here a lot, you will know that I love Lissa' and her stories... If you don't come here a lot - well, you need to go to my labels at the bottom left of my blog and look for Lissa's name and go check out her stuff! She is awesome! Her writing creativity will enthrall you... She builds her stories in a way that will keep you turning the pages... The passion she creates will heat up your chilly nights... She will tear your heart apart and then put it back together... She will make you want to slap a person or two in the story... She will make you want to hold and love other people! And this story is no different...
This story is about two best friends... Best friends since - forever. They have been there for each other through thick and thin. They have been through things that most people do not go through in their lives - especially at an early age. But there for each other is what they are. They are the rock for each other and the shoulder to leave on. Even being gay did not put a dent in their relationship... However.... relationship is what each other wants but is to chicken shit to say...
This story will tear you up and want to make you beat the shit out of Mal. He is so stubborn and Daniel... Well, he is just as stubborn too. Mal has always known the man he wants by his side, to call his partner. But risking his best friend's friendship was something he really did not want to lose. No matter what. Mal would give his life for Daniel; he would even give his heart for Daniel. But losing him is not an option in Mal's world. But upon hearing that Daniel could possibly have a love interest is tearing Mal up inside and coming clean is not an option any more.....
Daniel can't handle not being able to have the one man he has always wanted. So the best remedy for that is to have a open fling with every boy toy that comes his way and to brag about it! Well... Daniel would be happy with that - if he actually had done half of what he brags on. Daniel is miserable... He just wants one man... His best friend... Always has, always will want - Mal. But having him is another thing... Because nothing is worse than not having your best friend around because your feelings get in the way...
This story is great... It is about two men who are sure in their own lives. Each one has things going there way, but the one thing they want going their way... is not! Best friends never equate to lovers... but what if it could work... Would you risk your best friend for what you think you could have... Mal and Daniel are sure they do not want to lose each other, but have no idea of what they could have because they are both to damn stubborn... But one night... things change... Is that a good thing... Well one way to find out... Coming clean...
