My Review : Madame Cecile Hussy

OMG, this book will rock your world. Ms. Matthews has pulled every emotion she could from me with this book. This book is simply awesome... Okay why you ask me is it awesome...

We meet Caitlyn and Jethro. They are related... sort of. Caitlyn was married to Jethro's twin brother, Marcus. They were in love, Marcus was everything Jethro was not ~ at least that is how Jethro saw it. Marcus was soft, sweet, romantic and everything else that Caitlyn needed.
Marcus and Jethro served in the military together. Or should I say that Jethro entered in the military and Marcus followed. However, an attack left Jethro without a brother and Caitlyn without a husband. It has been two years since the attack and things run in both of their minds like it was yesterday. They were there for each other after the event. Not in a sexual way, but in a caring way.

You do need to understand some things about this threesome... they all loved each other. Just not out loud. Caitlyn fell in love with both brothers at the same time; for different reasons. But Marc is the one that maned up and asked for her hand in marriage. Jethro thought he was not good enough for Caitlyn, but he loved her just as fierce as Marc. To understand why Jethro did not man up, you have to understand the man. He always felt like the black sheep of the family. He never wanted to taint what was prefect ~ Caitlyn. But when they were around each other, the air cracked, the electricity snapped... yeah, they had chemistry.

I do not want to taint your image of Jethro, he is a great man. Oh hell, he is an awesome man. He just never wanted to steal the thunder from his brother. He is the type that wanted his brother to have the better end of the deal. And Caitlyn was part of that deal. But Marcus' dying wish was for his brother Jethro to love Caitlyn as his own. Can one have what one always thought was not meant for them?

Ms. Lissa gives us an explosive story of three people lives and loves. I cried, laughed, wished, dreamed and loved with this story. Ms. Lissa pulled and pushed all the buttons and emotions form me as the reader. Caitlyn is a woman who has grieved over her husband, the love of her life. Or should I say the half love of her life. The other half lives and waits for her. But feeling guilty for loving the other brother is holding her back.

This couple's journey and relationship will get intense and down right out naughty. But no matter what happens they know there was always a third part of this relationship. I respected that they always thought of Marcus. This is a short, explosive, and freaking spanking hot story! Thanks to Jethro, I want to have my asre spanked and other things done to myself. He is a walking orgasm! Very dark and sinister!

I have to say that Ms. Lissa rocked my world yet again! Even though this story is short at about 52 pages... I promise you will walk away... Wanting a few things you never thought you might want! ((Yea, I want my own Jethro!))

For those of you that know me... and those that don't this is my little statement about short books.... I do not judge short stories on the rush of their relationships, because they are just that - short stories. So, yes the relationships always could have been drawn out more, yea it seems like they fall in love to fast and of course the story could have been made longer... but it is a short story. So with that said.... here is my review...

This is one of Ms. Lissa's earlier stories, but it is still just as awesome.
What are quickies for if not to be hot, hard, fast and raw. Which is how I would describe this book. You will want to take a walk on the wild side ~ but be careful because you may stay there longer than you intend to!

Aidn is all dominate, hot and alpha male! He is the type of man that has his shit together. He is a contract lawyer; but he does pro bono work for the community of his BDSM friends. So having his shit together is a must for him. The lifestyle of BDSM is what Aidn thrives in, but lately, he has been feeling ~ stale, flat and unsatisfied with the subs he has played with in the past. He wants to find the sub of his dream. The one that will please him to no end, the one that will relinquish over her complete shelf and soul. He wants someone to bend to his will, his whim and on his command. Or at least that is what he thought he wanted - until he met her - Bailey.

Bailey is a woman bent on finding her true identity. She was married to a man who would have gave her the world. However, it was not the world she wanted. She told her husband what she truly wanted but she knew from his reaction that he could not give her what she wanted. He could not be the dominate she desired, the man she needed. Nor could she ask him to be something he could not be. It took balls to do what she did and I admire that about her. Aidn was a major player at the club, highly respected in the community (he teaches/taught others about the lifestyle) - however, remember I said he was feeling... stale -well something happened to him and his sub that kinda pushed him away. Not wanting to collar anyone else... ((You will have to read to find out what happened, lmbo ~ yeah, I am evil))

And you would think that their main meeting would be at the club and that is where they would hook up, right ~ nope! It was a causal day of shopping for Bailey and a lunch date with a friend for Aidn. Although, Aidn was getting cranky with his lunch date, his day was about to turn around... He noticed Bailey shopping... What had he never really took notice of her beauty before he did not know... But there was something about her.. that shook him to his core!

This really is an explosive story. Things happen quickly - but once you read their story, you will see that this has been in the making for a while. What starts as a day of hoping for a quickie fuck turns into so much more. More than Aidn thinks he can deal with. More than he wants to deal with.

Oh wow! Okay where to start! This is an awesome **first** paranormal book by Ms. Matthews!

It is a short story, but I will tell you that it will leave you wanting to know more about the ice polar bears! And also after reading, I now want to move to Alaska ~ pronto! Ms. Lissa did an awesome job at story building. She has definitely set this story up for more to come. I can not wait to learn more about the men in this family. I know if I peek around enough, I know I can find a brother or cousin for myself. **So that means we want more Ms. Lissa ~ said with pouty eyes**

First, we meet Ruby. She has not heard from her sister Melanie in quite some time. Mel went up north to work and has not been in touch with her family for a while. So Ruby takes matters in her own hands and takes a trip up north to Alaska to find her sister. Will she be prepared for what she finds (or who she finds) when she gets up there?

First off, I love that Ms. Lissa kept it real ~ Ruby, like Ms. Lissa's other heroine's, she is not your average, skinny little girl. She is a full figured woman and I love every inch of her. Ruby is an amazing character She is a woman who thinks (sometimes out loud, which I love ~ cuz I do that) about every angle, every way, everything about things. She needs to know the hows and whys and everything else before she leaps. She is a woman whose job is to practically live outside the box. She is a mythologist (primarily Greek and Roman). So understanding fairy tales, things that are not "real" to you and I ~ is what Ruby excels in. So when presented with a live, walking-talking, "fairy tale" what does she do...?? Given the chance of lifetime... finding her soul mate... the one destined for her... Does she accept things at face value and take what is being offered... Or does she run, hide and buried herself in her research?

Carson... I think the only thing you need to know about him is that the man is Sex on a Stick. I mean... from his stance, his body language, his eyes, his soul... You will want to crawl in his lap and eat him alive (or maybe the other way around ~ did I say that out loud)! Carson is a man that is very devoted to his family, his culture, his very livelihood. He is very primal, raw... and all man! He believes in his mission in life... Preserving his family secret. But when he sees Ruby, his mission jumps track a bit... His passion runs a little deeper in another direction... His devotion... To one woman... His mate.

I will give you this... from the moment you read chapter one, page one... as you turn the pages... you will not be disappointed. I will tease you a bit... Wanna know how Ruby first meets Carson ~ Ruby wakes up with Carson in her bed ~ naked! Wanna talk about making first impressions huh, lol! These two set the stage for the world which you are about to be welcome in. Is it crazy folk , is it real... are you intrigued to find out the answers? Come with Ruby and Carson to not only find Melanie... but maybe find love, happiness, a sense of belonging... and the life you never knew you could have!

Ms. Lissa put a fresh spin on a paranormal tale. To find out what that spin is, you are going to have to read the book... I don't give away those kinda of secrets.... Well, if it means Carson coming to find me... I might reconsider... Nah! Go get the book! =) The pace of the story was excellent... the lovemaking... very hot. I am telling you ~ you are going to want to find a polar shifter after this book. ((And we had some debate about the shifter being a bear... and what would happen if he attacked you. But you have to remember you are his mate... the only thing he would do is rip off your clothes to make hot, raw, real, primal love to you!)) I am soooooooooo looking forward to more paranormal from Ms. Lissa!

Honey, you rocked my erotic world... and you are rocking the paranormal. This book had it all!

This is one f*cking hawt book. It is the best quickie I have had in a long time. OMG... And all I can feel that I can say is that:

Ms. Lissa is one of the best erotic writers I have come to read. She gives it to me just the way I like it.... Straight up, with a twist, with a flogger, with a dirty, naughty tattooed up guy... with wild monkey sex, with sweet kisses... She crafts her heroine's to be the girl next door, your average woman... Strong, honest, bare to the soul kinda women. And this story is no different.

It is short at 60 pages... So there is not much I can say without giving this away, but I will give you this.....

Vinter is f*cking SEX.ON.A.STICK and I want him in my bed ASAP!!! But Elise, Ms. Lissa even makes me want her... Damn... She is a woman who has been rejected the worst way... via text message. I mean come on, I just wanted to take her home and make her feel better too... The same motive Vinter had when he saw her walk into his bar. He just wanted to give her a pair of ears to listen to, nothing more nothing less. Just talk. He knew the minute she walked into his bar that she was the one thing that did not fit. He knew his clientele and she was not a part of it. And knowing his clientele, he knew what most people wanted... some anonymity, someone to talk to about their problems, an escape. What he did not expect was the feelings he would have once he sat next to Elise!

Elise is your normal, typical woman. A regular nine to five job, a regular nine to five kinda man. Dreams of white fences, the house, the kids... The normal things...
