Do Not Forget about Story Time Below This!!!!

Okay ladies do not forget to check out the Story Time below this post!!! It is going amazing well!!! My friends have really kicked it into high gear. Their only request is please do not change the direction of the story…. We are hussies and proud of it!!! So, we want sex to happen!!! If anything drop by to tell the ladies what a wonderful job they have done!!!!! It is better than I ever could have imagined!!!
Now on for the reason for this post…
I want to apologize for not being around like I use to be… I am learning that it is very difficult to make your rounds to absolutely everyone place and do it all in one day. Please forgive me if I have not been to your place lately… there have a few things going on in life that have taken a presence over everything…
The first thing… Tomorrow, I am going to work to hand in my two week notice. Another accounting firm approached me and gave me a proposal. The proposal is better than what I have now and the future of this company is very bright. All the partners are under 40 with small kids (so the understand me taking off for Brooke). I know they will be around for at least the next 20 years; which is great for me. That is what I want in a company. The company I work for now… My main boss is pass the age for retiring; it is just a matter of when and no one knows where the company will go after that. So, I needed to have a foundation I could trust. So, I had my interview this evening and I took the job. I was sooo pleased with myself. I had a lot of help from friends as to helping me make sure I made the right decision. And I did it! If my current job takes the two week notice, I will start July6th.
That is another reason I have been away… I have been cleaning out my computer - deleting files… nothing bad, just my fave web site, shops, travel… things like that. I wanted to make sure my work got out (so they could not say anything about me leaving) and I had to stay away from the internet. It is so bad for your health!! LOL!
Now with the new job… I will not be online either till I figure out what is okay. Like checking emails and things like that. So, please be patience with me.
That leads me to my next reason… I am taking the advice of a very dear friend of mine… I am going to try to go to bed early (yea, it is already 11:50pm). Since I have found the world of romance and paranormal… I have been staying up reading till past 2 in the morning. Also blogging… checking emails, doing bills, looking for coupons… things like that! So, I am going to try to start going to bed early. I will try not to neglect ANYTHING OR ANYONE!!!! I know us women are superwomen and could do everything, but we need sleep… and I have not been getting that much. And with the new job… I want to be on top of my game!!!!
The next thing that has had my attention… we are going on our annual trip to Red Creek, Mississippi this weekend. We started last year; it is a group of about30/40 people. We rent cabins and four wheeler ride. Or should I say we four wheeler played in the mud!!! You get stuck very easily! Here is a picture from last year and this was not a deep hole. That is me in the purple hauling my four wheeler out of hole! It is fun… it is a weekend where you know you are not staying clean. We ride four wheelers, go swim in the creek and ride some more. Brooke ever rides her own and goes through some of the holes.


We had a blast! Looking forward to it this weekend… We leave Friday morning and come home Sunday evening. We have one trailer that is pulling 8 to 10 bikes right now… and more will bring their own. One cabin is housing at least 20 people, another couple has their own cabin and we have ours… I do not share! When I am ready for bed… I am ready for bed! LOL! I will hopefully be taking tons of pictures (need to figure out a way that camera will not get wet)!!! But hopefully when we come home Sunday… while hubby and Brooke take a nap… I can post up the books I have been buying and the ones I have won!!!! And pictures from this weekend!!!
I will try to get online tomorrow to check out the story!!!!

Story Time Ladies

Thanks to Amy for helping me out with this one... Here is the beginning of his story.....

I spent the day at the park; it was a gorgeous day - sun up, birds out, breeze blowing. Beautiful. I was on my way to my car when I saw him standing there. He was holding his bat in one hand and his (get your mind out the gutter) glove in the other. He looked up and caught me looking (or should I saw devouring him with my eyes) at him and flashed me this gorgeous smile. My knees suddenly felt weak, my heart felt like it was going to explode, and I became very hot all over, and it was not from the sun. I had to pass him to go to my car; there was no way around it. He went to open his mouth to say something to me...

New Look

Hey you guys... I hope all of you guys are having a great week so far... Some of you are sick... or have kids sick... or even worst... hubbies!! Hopefully the my magic dust is powerful enough to make everyone feel better soon!!
Now on to other things... I want to make my page a little more informative for you guys... I know I don't surf the web much... so finding out things is a little hard... but still... if I can find it, I will post it. And if you want to drop me a line and let me know something... I will gladly post it for you as well!!
Now on the right sidebar of my page is for contests (and hot guys... and my super heros). The contests can be found under my hero/ines. Then to the left side, I will list the reading challenge that I am doing... and I will only be one at a time... (I am not that talented). Then right underneath that I am posting just released books and upcoming releases (and hot guys).
So, if there is something you would like to see, please let me know. And I will be working on my review section as well. Hopefully, I will be able to offer you two... a short version and my version.

My Super Hero

Met Cecile... The Fancy Cold Blooded Reptilian. And yes, I do roll my c's into sss's... That's why the call me Fancy!

When I was born, they did not know what I was... For my parents had special genetics. My father was born a warrior, through and through... And my Mother was born with a gift to shift... Well, as for me... I was born with cold blood (to survive), adaptable green skin (to shift) and a kick ass attitude (to kill when needed with no regret.) But no one told me that I would have a hot heart or a passion for love (now this came from both of my parents ~ whom loved each other with all their hearts and soul.) I was born into the Amazon world, so my "special skills" comes in vey handy in my neck of the jungle. I am a voluptous woman, big in all the right places to make men fall to their feet... (oh so I wish sometimes...) Although, I am no Venus or Medusa... I am very nice on the eyes... and soft on the soul. I do not always stay with green, scaled skin; it comes when I am trying to protect or defeat. But the one thing to watch out for is my heart. That is... for just the right man. Some may deem me to be doomed ~ being I am cold blooded... they just assume I am a bitch... You know what happens to those that assume... yea, I kick their ass. So, while I might not be as fiery as some hero's, or "hot" as some, or have those cools toys they call weapons or have cool capes to hide behind... all I know is that I ROCK ((and no... I do not slither on my belly either... if you say that you are asking for some trouble)!!! Why you ask that I think I ROCK... because I have something they do not... ~ Courage, Faith, Loyalty, a whole lotta of lovin' and of course a kick ass body!!! LOL!!! Now come'on... really... to walk around green... I have to rock!

Ms. HAWK ~ is having a kick ass contest with Ms. Carol Henry... The game is to create your own heroine or hero. There will be three winners. The winner gets a free and signed copy of Amazon Connection. The first and second place runner ups will get a copy of her cookbook; mind you, she’s traveled the world so there should be a lot of really good recipes in it. Question & Answer Time

Okay, Ladies... I have a few questions for you to answer...

1. Do you like reviews that are short (meaning they give the bear minimal information) or do you like it to be a little thorough (give thoughts and opinions of characters and story)?


2. What do you want from a review... to know the readers thoughts on it, what they would rate it, where to buy it, authors site info... things like that?


3. What are some things you have always wanted to blog about... but never did?


4. Do you like to be informed when you visit someone else's blog... like up coming books, new releases, contests... new hot guy photos (Ms. M has the best)?


Just a few of thoughts that were on my mind... and since it is Friday and I DO NOT feel like working... I figured I would ask a couple of random questions...
