Happy Anniversary To Mr. & Mrs. Smutty Hussy....

Today marks my wedding anniversary.
Four years for Mr. Smutty & I.

I am not sure he knew what he was signing on for when he met me and I the same about him.

After four years we are still newly weds in my eyes.
We still have so much to learn about one another.
On this road we have traveled together,
we have had our share of good times and not so good times.
We have had our share of triumphs and miscommunication.
Our life is not a fairy tale, actually far from it.
I will never lie to anyone, marriage is hard work.
What keeps us together when things get rocky,
a common thread of love for each other.
Things are not like I thought they were going to be;
all roses, sunshine, passionate kisses and soul searing love making.
No... but they are what they are ~ real.
I have a man that loves me through and through.
He would give his life for mine or my (our) daughters.
He holds doors open for me and my daughter.
He whispers he loves me when he leaves for work in the morning.
He makes personal sacrifices that I am sure he does not realize I see or notice.
I know him to be a man of faith, even if he does not show it.
I know there lies a hidden passion in him that I have yet to see.
There are things about himself he has yet to reveal to me and I to him.
Of course he does not see what I see when I look into his eyes,
I see so much more.
In some ways, he is my very own personal hero.

~So to Mr. Smutty~
Happy Anniversary.

Pack Alpha Logan and his partner Andrew need a third to solidify their pack and protect it from the Bears who want to take over. They know Kimberlyn's their girl from the moment they lay eyes on her. Cover Art by Valerie Tibbs
The above information was obtained from Loose Id.

I was given this ebook by the author for a review of my honest opinion. All thoughts are my own.

I do not judge short stories on the rush of their relationships, because they are just that - short stories. So, yes the relationships always could have been drawn out more, yea it seems like they fall in love to fast and of course the story could have been made longer... but it is a short story. So with that said....

OH.MY.FREAKING.AWESOME.YUMMY!!!
This book is the shit. Omg... I started this book at night... and my eyes took me to slumber land... I was so desperate to know what happen and finish this book, I risked reading it at work!!! Sssshhhh, don't say that so loud. I do not need my boss to find out that I was reading at work, lol. Yes, you read right... I read it at work! I had to... OMG... if you only would know... I had to finish this book.

I have to say that Ms. Hunter rocked my world of paranormal. I never saw some of her curve balls coming. And let me say that when they came... omg... hold on your panties ladies (or men)!
This is a fantastic story of the paranormal world of the werewolves of Sanctuary.

Kimberlyn has always known that she was a little different than most people. At the tender age of 15 she was able to shift into her werewolf form. But not only is she a wolf, she is also a healer when in wolf form. Her father, being the protector he was, thought he could,"taking the girl out of the wolf pack could take the wolf pack out of the girl." But that does not always work and guess what, it does not work with Kimberlyn.

Now a beautiful young woman, Kimberlyn's father passed away, so there is no need to stay in Los Angeles. There is a place, a place where her soul and wolf crave to be... "Wolf's Grove." It calls to her like a baby's lullaby. It s her slice of heaven or so she thinks.

Her first night in her house was going to be excellent. She could not wait to stretch her legs and run. Oh... to be free... to be who she really was... to do as she pleased.. to run free and wild without fear of someone seeing or being captured. What euphoria! That is her dream, to be free. With her first run... her first outing... something happens that changes the course of her life... forever.

Do you believe you are here for a reason, a higher purpose, to complete a job? Well, Kimberlyn knows that it is her job to be a healer of her kind and other animals (shifters of all kinds). Healing is what she does and it does not matter if it is one of her own that is fallen or an enemy, she will heal. It is in who she is. But she does have a weakness... her weakness is sex. She loves to be dominated and she knows that to satisfy her, it takes more than one partner. But how does a wolf - without a pack - have hot, hard and wild sex without losing to the animal inside and not biting the head that... well... you get my point! (wicked laughter)

The pack of Sanctuary is like no other, their are waring a battle with the bears. Do I say were-bears, I am not sure. The bears are more powerful than the wolves and in power comes war because what hot-headed, greedy man cannot have power and not be a bully. Or so that is how the bears see it. The wolves just want to live at Sanctuary and be left the hell alone.

First up, we have Logan who is the leader of the pack. He is alllll alpha and the fate of his pack rest on his shoulders. He carries a big stick (ha ha) and he knows how to use it (double ha ha ha ha). But using your stick and kicking the shit out of the bears are two different things - especially when there is a traitor within your own pack.
Logan has a mate, but there is a slight problem with the mate... Logan is not sure his will easily except his mate - Andrew, his beta wolf. These two personalities are awesome together. One is hard and ridged, the other is tender and caring to the touch. Just imagine all that responsibility on your shoulders, I am sure you would not be all smiles and laughter either. Andrew on the other hand... is the lover in this couple. He is the tender one, the loving one, the doting one. But does the rest of the pack see the looks they exchanged, do they know that they are together. What will the pack think?

In this story, there are many obstacles to over come, many adversities to see through, the test of loyalty, and some kick ass action. Ms. Cassidy has done a fan-flipping-tastic job at weaving me into the world of Sanctuary. Kimberlyn just wants her freedom, did she sign up for female leader of the pack, did she announce to the world that she wanted to be a bargaining chip in a war that is waging in the wolves' own backyard. But when she meets this group, she cannot deny that her heart and soul are starting to overrule her logic in thinking this through. She feels the attraction to the men in this pack. But remember sex is her drug. And where there is a weakness... there is a villain to exploit that weakness.

This story is not short on anything - I will start with the basic, alpha males (yes sex on a stick men and notice I said men... more than one), one brave as woman (Kimberlyn), a couple of sick as people (the villains), action to keep you entertained, some freaking hot sex that will make you sweat and a storyline that will leave you dying for more!!!! Ms. Cassidy's writing is done so well in the paranormal world that she created that there was no lost moments or times when I had to go back a few pages to understand what she was talking about. Her characters are strong and determined to make it - one way or the other. But when they come together.... oh my gosh!!!

There is not more I can give away. The book is roughly 135 pages long... so I do not want to spoil it for you...

For my peeps out there that do not like - first contact, fall in love - I ask you to do my a favor when you read this one... keep in mind that it is roughly 135 pages and that it is paranormal. Mostly in paranormal, they know who their mates are almost immediately... so just keep that in mind. Do not dis it because of this.... please.

I will put a warning out there... this woman is awesome. She is now on my radar forever! She is going to tease you with a taste of what is to come!!! And believe me I am on bend and knee waiting for what is to come!!! Thanks for an awesome story Ms. Hunter!

Bald Face Answers.....

The Truth Shall Set You Free!!!

A while back... yes that long ago... I took part in a game... And I not sure who remembers the game, the truth and the lies... but here goes... Cuz I promised something at the end...
And I never break a promise. I might be late... but never break a promise! =)

Okay.... here are the answers to the mysterious of my life. So, how well do I lie...
Well apparently not to well as most of you saw through the lies...

The "stories" are told first, then the truth comes out....
  1. I absolutely love the winter time; isn't it the greatest season of all!!
I very much dislike winter! Fall is my favorite season. The leaves changing, the small of the crisp air in my lungs and hellloooo my birthday!!!
  1. I love dogs but have two tabby cats.
I love cats, but I have two puppies... A multi-po and a mini Schnauzer.
  1. I was once on the high school chess team.
Yea in my widest dreams... Well, not my wildest dreams, maybe the if the chest player were playing with my... evil laughter! I have actually never played chess. My hubs loves to play chest.
  1. I love to jam out in the car and I really do not care who sees or what they think.
YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!! This one is true!! I absolutely love doing this and I do NOT care who watches, hears my music or care what they think of what I am jamming out too!
  1. I am one of the world's worst dancers. I virtually have two left feet.
I actually have twenty years of dancing experience... Tap, ballet, jazz, pointe, lyrical and hip hop. I started when I was four years old and have continued on and off throughout my whole life.
  1. I am highly allergic to the material books are made out of, that is why I had to get an ereader.
I am allergic to cigarette smoke... but not books. Have you seen my TBR pile, yea ~ didn't think so. LMBO!
  1. I have had one book published ~ under a pen name of course. Erotic style.
Nooo... no book published... A lot of little short stories here and there.
  1. I am a single mother, raising a 6 yr old daughter
I have a 16 yr old daughter and she is my total world and one of my best friends. I heart her to death! And I am not single ~ I am married.
  1. I use to read my mom's novels when I was a teenager.
Nope, my mom was never a reader; which is sad. I think everyone should read. I picked up it up on my own!
  1. I have only met one online blogger - since I started a year ago.
This one is true.... I met Silver James last year at a book signing in New Orleans...
((June we are having a Blogger Meet & Greet *Hell Kat watch out, here we come!!!* And Patti.... Labor Day baby!!!!))

Review: Stick Shift by Lissa Matthews

Stick Shift
Lissa Matthews

Lily hasn’t taken a vacation in years. She an orchestra musician, a private music teacher, and a homebody. She’s full-figured, quiet and lives a fairly simple life. Aside from music, she has one big passion: stock car racing. She’s been a fan for as long as she can remember and makes the yearly pilgrimage to Daytona as often as she can. When she’s offered a chance to get away to North Carolina and attend two weeks of races, she jumps at it. Little does she know what chance has in store for her…

Cam Carter is one of the most successful young drivers in the top tier of the stock car racing circuit. Traveling all over the country, he’s well known to racing fans, loved by some, respected by a few, and hated by others. He’s arrogant, strong willed, and a consistent winner. What he doesn’t have is balance…until he meets a pretty, curvaceous, and unassuming fan named Lily.

Lily fears the difference in lifestyles, ages, and personalities while Cam in turn, embraces them. Can they find a way to cross the finish line and take the checkered flag together? Or will the obstacles push against them until they crash and burn?

I do not judge short stories on the rush of their relationships, because they are just that - short stories. So, yes the relationships always could have been drawn out more, yea it seems like they fall in love to fast and of course the story could have been made longer... but it is a short story. So with that said.... here is my review...

Okay... I am sure you are getting tired of the all the books I have been showcasing lately... what can I say ~ I love sharing the hot books that I read! And this is no exception! In fact... this book makes me want to drop everything and go to a NASCAR race now!!!! You hear me NOW!!!! OH My Gosh.. Cam is just freaking Sex in a Car! All sorts of yummies. Yes... he is that hot!

This story is about a race car driver... but do not be scare. You do not have to know anything about racing cars (hell you do not even have to know how to start freaking car) to understand this story. There is shop talk in there... but nothing that will lose you or the story. Ms. Lissa did a great job at keeping the reading informed on just the right information to understand Cam's story and his passion. And just enough for the woman in me to care about how racing is in his blood.

I LOVE LILY!!!! She is about as real as real can get. She is not the average size woman ~ size 2. She owns who she is and that to me is down right out sexy. Kinda "I am woman hear me ROAR"! Yea, that is what Lily reminds me of. She is just a little skittish because Cam is younger than she is and that can make for quiet a stir in the racing community and in life in general. Lily is use to being the fly on the wall. The one that no one notices and she likes it that way. She has two best friends who compensates for that. They are the ones that don't care what people think, they are the ones that have the hot, wild sex with younger men and love it. Lily... no that is not her style... or is it??

Cam is a determined person. On and off the track. One chance meeting with Lily has his blood racing to other parts of his body that know what they want to be doing ~ and it is not autographing pictures. He is not use of backing down from anything or anyone; so Lily presents him with a challenge of some sorts. With caution flags waving around Lily's eyes... does Cam seize the opportunities he is given and go for the finish line... or does he allow Lily to push him to the pit stop and end it there?

I will give you a hint of what I like about this story... Cam is a dominate male, all alpha... And sooo yummy. But he has a side of him that is so tender and I will dare to say - sweet. I love his playfulness in his conversation with Lily. I love his mannerism. Lily just rocks my world as a heroine!! She is my kinda of woman. Ms. Lissa pens some wonderful heroines. That has to be one of my favorite parts of her writing (besides the freaking hot and steamy bedroom scenes.. okay not just the bedroom... wherever there is hot loving going on). She makes her heroine in her story real.. She makes them strong, but with a tender side to them. They are not bitches or mean or "loose"... They enjoy sex, they enjoy their own bodies and they love who and what they are. To me that is the most important thing about a woman. When you can love who you are for what you are... that is just sexy!
And when Ms. Lissa pens her heros... oh damn, they turn me to a freakin limp noddle they are so hot! And the boundaries she pushes... are freaking explosive. The woman are not push overs (to be the submissive), but they know what they want from the relationship. But in all relationships, sometimes we are kinda scare to ask what we really want... So will Lily and Cam make it the finish line or will issues arise like the red flag signaling it is over before it even started??

To find out... I will make you read it.. maaahhhaawwwww...
Also too.. If you would like to see another review of this story.. Please go check out Monroe Dawson's review --->>> here!

Review: Sweet Caroline by Lissa Matthews

The second time around is even sweeter…with cherries on top.

Blue Jeans and Hard Hats, Book 1

Buck doesn’t do personal projects. Until he runs into a woman wandering the aisles of the local home-improvement store, looking lost and confused. Just the way this fantasy looks at him nearly buckles his knees. In a hot second, the successful owner of a contracting company becomes a simple handyman, ready and willing to get as personal as the lady will allow.

Since her less-than-golden marriage to the local golden boy ended, Caroline’s declaration of independence includes her own business, road trips…and nipple piercings. Now it’s time to cut the last tie to her old life, but the house needs some work before she can unload it and move to her dream cabin in the mountains. Hard as it is to admit, she needs a little help.

Over the next few months, he shows her his toys, like hammers and drills, and she shows him hers—like floggers and paddles. And their attraction is the tinder that could send Caroline’s plans for an independent life up in flames…

Warning: In this book, there are sightings of glass dildos, leather belt bindings, nipple rings, wicked clamps, cherry cheesecake and a hot, yummy handyman-type guy who’s really good with his hands…

I obtained the above information Ms. Lissa's web site.

I do not judge short stories on the rush of their relationships, because they are just that - short stories. So, yes the relationships always could have been drawn out more, yea it seems like they fall in love to fast and of course the story could have been made longer... but it is a short story. So with that said.... here is my review...

Okay first, I want to say that I want Buck! Wooweee!!!! The man is pure sex on a stick. He is all sorts of wicked, absolutely delicious yumminess.

This is one rockin' story. Spicy, hard, fast, hot and heavy, are a few words I would use to describe just a part of this book. Yeah, you read right... this does not even touch the whole story ~ just part of the story.

Living in the house Caroline shared with her ex, it was decided to be in the best interest of all to put it up for sale. But first, some home repairs are needed. This is where Buck comes in the picture. Oh man.. and he sure can fix'er up... Oh I meant the house ~ yeah right! =)

Caroline is in need of home repairs. She finds herself wondering around the local home improvement store. Looking a bit confused, Buck offers her his help. Little did Ms. Caroline know that Buck is not just a simple handy man... He owns his own contracting business. But in order to get a little closer to Caroline, he will play along with anything she wants.

Oh one note I forgot to mention... Buck is younger than Caroline!! Can you say C-O-U-G-A-R!!! Oh yeah! Holla!

I immediately fell in love with Caroline. She is as real as real can get. Once married, now divorced and seeking to be her own person. She is discovering things and exploring things that she learned with her ex husband. Another thing I love about her is that even though her ex is an ass (a complete ass - even comes with his own jerk stick) and her marriage was not all that great, she took what she liked about that relationship and carried it forward. That shows me a real woman. And that she was comfortable with herself to explore the things she does, really shows me a woman who is comfortable in her own skin.

Buck is a walking wet dream. Hot, hard and easy to please. He loves to dish out just as much as he likes to receive. But there is something about him: strong, dominating but not in an asshole kinda way. His love is not easily given out like candy... although you wanna talk about candy, his dish is cheesecake and oh what that man can do with that! He has a side of him that is soft, warm and tender. He wants out of life - the wife, the house, the you and me but is a little scare to admit it. But the one thing that he is ready to admit is that Sweet Caroline makes him hot and he wants her ~ more than anyone else in the world.

There attraction is a like a firecracker - instant, hot and sparks fly everywhere! Now when you read the story, you may see that the "groove" factor is kinda quick... but you have to keep in mind that they knew each other already... way before you (the reader) entered the picture, so give some credit... and this book is roughly a little over 80 pages long. So... make sure you cut that some slack when you read it.

Now back to them... and their story... oh man oh man oh sweet hail mary man. Ms. Lissa rocked this story out.

This story touched me in more ways that I think I really care to admit. Caroline is a 40 yr old woman who is finding herself after a failed marriage. Been there, done that.. yea - have the tee shirt to prove it. She is not a small woman; no size 0 for her (can I get an AMEN). She has a career, she has plans, dreams, goals and what I love most - self worth. Ms. Lissa pens her character with so much "real" factor that I can see Caroline being one of my girl friends. (Yea, I am secretly wanting my handy man to be BUCK) Caroline is a woman who is just trying to discover herself after being told who and what she would be for so many years by an ass who just wanted to f*ck. Buck enters the picture and yes, he is a dominate... but he pulls at my heart strings.. why because he allows Caroline the room to grow, he relishes in watching her grow into herself. What I love most about this story is Caroline's backbone!!! YOU GO GIRL!! You will see why... A hint.. have you ever seen the heroine leave the hero... and not go back to him...?? There are choices to be made, love to be shares... and a whole slue of toys to be played with. This is an awesome story of one woman finding herself... all of herself. There is no stone left unturned in this story.

My only little disappointment is that there apparently was a meeting of Caroline and Buck earlier that was never mentioned. I would have love to known how they truly met and what first impressions were. Other than that... this book freaking rocked apples (Leontine ~ just for you hon)!!!

So with all of this... I urge you to go now... and get your own copy... If not.. that just means that Buck is all mine, hee heeeeeeeee **insert evil laughter**

Etruscan wolf shifter Kaine Giliati has longed for John Simmons since he willingly agreed to wipe all memory of her from his mind. The pain in her heart is only magnified by terror—the ability to call her wolf appears to have deserted her, as well.

For months after he and his sister escaped a crazed kidnapper, John has been dreaming about a beautiful woman he’s never met but who seems so familiar. A woman he’s shocked to find in a dark bar one night. A woman who agrees to come back to his apartment for raw, passionate sex.

One erotic, stolen night reopens old wounds, uncovers buried memories and sets Kaine and John on a path filled with danger, magic and potential heartbreak.

I obtained the above information from Ms. Julian's website.

I was asked to review this book by the author ~ all thoughts expressed here are my own.

I do not judge short stories on the rush of their relationships, because they are just that - short stories. So, yes the relationships always could have been drawn out more, yea it seems like they fall in love to fast and of course the story could have been made longer... but it is a short story. So with that said....

Kaine and John's story...

This story is leaving off right where Moonlight Menage left off...

Nic and Duke's partner, Kaine, was injured while trying to save/protect two eteri's *humans* from the deranged red headed villain. The one thing that she could not protect was her heart. Falling for John was not the wisest or smartest decision she ever made. But can you stop a heart from falling in love??

John was just trying to protect his sister; from what or who he had no idea. He just knew that he needed to protect her. But being caged like an animal and drugged was no help to her. Then a wolf entered the picture and tried to rescue him and his sister. Only the wolf is a woman.. After the ordeal was over, John and his sister insisted to have their memory erased of all that happened with Kaine and her family. No memory was better than the memories ~ or was it?

Kaine is my favorite kinda woman... bad ass: kick ass now, ask questions later kinda of woman. She does not take crap from anyone. Her job requires her to not take it from anyone. She works along side the elite of her clan. A team of assassins; working strictly for their King. So whatever you do, do not piss her off. But this is where my love for her grows, on the other hand, she is simply a woman at heart. She craves love just like the rest of us; her problem is that the love she craves is from someone she should not love. There is a pull about John that she cannot shake. No matter if his has no memory of her, no matter if he has up and left with his sister and never wanted to be found again. She is a born tracker, she could find him easily if she wanted too. But she has orders to stay away. She heeded those orders.

But there is always a straw that broke the camels back... We all have had days like this. Kaine, a born Lucani (wolf) ~ “skin shifter”, could not shift anymore. After the first incident with John, she could not shift. That is like telling her she could not breath. That cut Kaine deep, so deep ~ she had to seek out help. At least that is what her intentions were. Until she learned more screwed up information. Not only could she not love the man she wanted to love, his memory wiped clean of her - by his choice, she could not shift, she also learned that she was not who she thought she was, learned that her mother abandoned her to her father and died not long after that and she discovered that she picked up a new power... You wanna talk about a day from hell.

A drink.. that was what the day called for. Just a drink.. or two.. or three... just enough to allow all this to go away is what Kaine thought. She headed down to the bar to escape for a little while...

John was having the worst days of his life. His sister is scare of her own shadow, they are on the run and he has no clue from who or what, he keeps having these freaking hot ass dreams of this woman who will not escape his mind, he has to get a job that he does not want and his sister is close to having a meltdown from all the weird stuff that is happening to her. Being an ex Navy Seal, you think he could protect her right. I think that pisses him off even more. There is nothing he could do to bring his sister back to life, the life she had before the kidnapping. Day from hell... you think... A drink.. One drink.. and a shot of something strong.

One bar, one drink (okay, maybe two or three), two world collide and nothing good can come of it. One remembers everything, one cannot remember anything... John knows he has seen this woman before; he just knows it in his gut and deep in his soul. He has to know..."Have I met you before?"

Only in Kaine dreams would John remember her. But here he stands - live in the flesh asking her if they have ever met. Should she just blow him off... or.... take what is being offered. One night.. one chance to touch, to kiss, to caress, to be with him... One night and walk away. Sounds easy, right??

This is a very intriguing tale of two people who loves has to really conquer all. Ms. Julian does an awesome job at delivering the most erotic, hot, delicious scenes possible. She is keeping to the root of the story (imo) ~ family. That is the heart of these stories. I mean, each character finding his/her love/mate is the storyline... but family is key here. Their community is very tight knit. And that is one factor that I love about this series. I absolutely love that about Ms. Julian's writing style. They don't just pop in and out of the story... they are weaved in a way that you know they are there for each other ~ through thick and thin.

Okay, my only peeve is I NEED more information on the villan. That is my only problem with this series so far... I want more info on the bad ass woman that keeps kidnapping people. Other than that.. this is another scorcher of a story from Ms. Julia.

I started this story at 10 o'clock Sunday night and finished it at 2 in the morning Monday! Yeah, it is that good... and of course you just have to know what happens... Awesome job Ms. Julian!!! And of course she left us hanging for the next one... And I will bug her till I have that one in my
hands, lol!!!

Author Fan Letter Blog Crawl

I have been invited to participate in the Author Fan Letter Blog Crawl from Kassa.
Our goal is to show some much deserved "fan-love" to the authors who have touched our minds and souls like no other person has. To give back just a little of what they give to us!

Yesterday, Ralph from The Dancing Dove went and I got introduced to new to me author!

It is now officially my turn...
*sweat drips from forehead, palms are sweaty and butterflies float in my tummy as I look at my shelf of books and ponder*
I sat here and sat here... and think of all the wonderful authors that I have read their work, come into contact with and just interacted with through the blog world. I think of the different genre's that I have read and came across. I gawked at my books, I was overwhelmed with the amount of people that I actually have had the privilege of getting to know. All these writers on my shelf have touched me in some way with their writing. They have created worlds for me to escape into and dream the impossible...
So it is with extreme pleasure that I get a chance to express myself to not just one... but three wonderful authors who have shown me a world I never knew existed.
These three ladies have each touched a special place in my reading soul unlike no other and each one leads into other one.
So here goes....

The first author to set off the chain of events in my life:

Dear Ms. Megan Hart,

When I started reading ~ eons ago ~ Sandra Brown was at hot as I got. I thought I hit the mother load of what hot and sexy was all about.... Then life got in the way and I put the books down for my baby... Now my baby has grown into a young lady herself, I am able to pick up my reading again. Twilight came out and I picked that up ~ cuz baby girl and I read it together... After reading it, I craved what I had with Sandra, but loved the new twist, so I began reading paranormal books. I was in heaven ~ or so I thought till someone suggested that I read Megan Hart. I had never heard of you of before. I began my first google search of you. I saw the words that I never thought to see that would entice me ~ erotic novel. Once I entered the world, there was no looking back. I found Stranger; my first hardcover book. Opening the pages, the words started to spill and Grace's story started to flow - all I could think of was: where have you been all my life.
Since then, my life has not been the same. You brought a reading experience to my life that altered the way I looked at my books and the way I buy my books. The characters you penned were so well written that I felt as if I was in the story with them. The emotion you poured through the veins of your characters had me feeling every single emotion they were going through. Your writing style touched a side of me I thought was buried. It made me see sexy in a whole new light. I give you props for keeping the sexy side very sexy without being raunchy.
And you have set the bar for what I expect to have in my books from now on. However... I have to tell you that your stories do not leave me. Ever! They are caked thick with emotion ~ heart and soul and for that, those stories leave me thinking about them long after I have finished reading the last words. Thank you for bringing Sexy Back!
I thank you for all of your hard work and dedication.
Sincerely a fan forever...
Cecile

Ms Hart leads me to my next author of props...

Dear Ms. Joey W Hill,
Where do I being.... I had read paranormal before but they were light-weights, then I found erotic novels.... Then I saw a review for The Vampire Queen's Servant and was totally spellbound. I read the review and knew that I would be testing my comfort level with the reading of this book. A dear friend immediately shipped me her book so I could put my feet in the Joey W Hill baby pool. While waiting for the book to arrive at my doorstep, I stalked your website till I had my fill of all I was in for.
Then lo and behold the book arrived **cue the magical music** I petted the cover for a while ((did not want to do to much petting, the book was not mine)) and then found a nice cozy place in my house and settled in for a night of reading. I know I read this book in a matter of a few days. I could not stop reading it. Jacob and Lyssa's world engulfed me. Wow... you blew me away. You were my first author that I dipped into the BDSM scene with. You were my first author that I experienced the world of dom/subs. You held my hand through the whole thing and told me that even though it might not be okay at times, that I would learn if I liked it or not. And did I like it... hell yeah!!! I ate it up. I learned more about myself than I was really comfortable admitting to anyone. You did not sugar coat anything for me, you did not hide anything from me. You gave it to me straight and that is how I like it.
Your writing style blew me out of the baby pool and into the deep end without my floaties. Did I drown or stay afloat... well, let's just say that I floated cuz I have stalked you ever since.
I have only read the vampire series, but I know you have so much more out there that I have yet to touch and devour. But I promise, I will get there one day.
I know your writing is not for everyone and that is something that everyone must learn for themselves. Because all I know is that I freaking love your writing!!!!
Thank you for welcoming me in a world of unknown and making me feel at home. Thank you for being there for me when I stepped out of the comfort zone us readers have and telling me that I was a big girl! LOL! Thank you for being the saucy writer you are! You know I love ya!
Thank you Ms. Joey for all of your hard work and dedication to this art!
Your stalker till the end.... (and Hussy forever)
Cecile
To find out more about Ms. Joey W Hill, please visit her website here.

Now for my last author.... Ms. Hart gave me erotic, Ms Hill gave me BDSM & dom/sub.... Then this woman... well... This woman... well, let me just write the letter...

Dear Ms. Lissa Matthews,
I found you through the wonderful world of blogging... from one blog click to the next... I stumbled upon your blog spot and knew from the writing on the walls that I had fallen in love... Your covers were the apple of all temptation that I simply could not resist. Then I heard you whispered in my ear that it was okay to stalk you... Oh boy... did you know what you were getting yourself into! Lmbo! I have read your books and can honestly say that all I have to see is your name on the book cover and I immediately get the goose bumps and break out in hot flashes.
In Sweet Caroline, you gave me Buck. Oh, I meant you shared Buck with me. And Caroline is such a woman after my own heart. Your style of writing made me realize that real is what is needed some times. I love that you write your characters as real women. Real sizes, real issues, real problems, but most of all real attitudes. Your women are not the typical heroine of all books... Your women take a stand and some actually leave the hero. And the men have to go after them. I love that you write them with such a backbone that they are not afraid to back down. But you also write them with their insecurities that touches my heart. Because we all struggle with our own problems. You write the characters knowing that they are sexy. But your softer side comes out because you allow the male characters to help teach, coax, help them to discover the other side of their personality. The men bring out a new side to them, not better... just new. The stories you write are told with such a sexual intensity ~ it should come with a warning that you made need some relief after reading. You write with so much passion, that while reading, I have to make sure no one can see my face turn bright red from the fire that is going on within my body from reading your words. Words that are simply on paper... black and white... can ignite into flames and fuse a short wire to explode. Woman you can write... and with Joey Hill holding my hand... Ms. Lissa ~ you have taken my training wheels off when it comes to BDSM and dom/sub. Your books freaking rock apples honey. You give this hussy the smut she needs to survive. You are my crack of book life. I have to have your books, they are my fix. Some people talk of comfy reads... and they are the nice romantic books, my comfy reads are your hot and spicy books!
Stepping out of one's comfort zone is not always easy, but I am sure as hell glad that I did.
So from the bottom of my smutty hussy heart, I thank you for coming into my little snow globe world an shaking it up!!!
Signed your smut huss stalker ~with much affection and giggles
Cecile

I'd Touch You If I Could by Ms. Monroe & Ms. Cecile

My body is weak and shy but your closeness consumes my soul
Your body is strong and demanding but your soul devours my weakness and makes me whole

Seeking sweet release you dip your head kissing me so gentle
You make my core sing and to my hips you cling

The feel of your hands on my body makes me feel alive
But your kiss is what brings me out of my slumber

I wake to a chilled heart and bed it all feels so cold
Here's to another sad story that should've been left untold
The tears dried on my face
The rips in my heart from what was once

Memories are all I have of that night
that we once shared

Flashes of passion so high we were intoxicated
Glimpses of raw desire more potent than the strongest wiskey

They fade to black in my mind as I clutch the pillow next to me for once where you laid

Kiss her neck
Pull her hair

A deep moan of a building demands
Flickers of your obsession to a woman who is not me

Torment is my only companion
I will take the torture if it is the only way to hold on to you

My heart will forever be yours and yours mine
But not in the same way
and that pains me, but at the same time I will take what I can

Your smell is branded in my senses
Your face is etched in memory never to leave me

Your touch is as elusive as any mythical creatures
Never to be felt on my face the way it should be
for you will never belong to me

Oh God. She was really there, staring at him, and he -- bless his gorgeous face -- he looked happy to see her. Looking at his smile, she suddenly felt out of her element again and for some reason not quite up to the dress code in her denim knee-length skirt and brown hoodie. Her pink painted toes curled under as she shifted her weight nervously from one foot to the other in the cute, sparkly flip-flops Alli had talked her into wearing. But there wasn't a dress code, given that he was in faded, threadbare jeans with holes in the knees and one of the back pockets ripped at the seams. His T-shirt was black with a washed-out logo she couldn't make out, and his sneakers had seen much better days. Still, she felt uncertain about how she looked to him standing there while they stared at each other. What was it about him that drew her and scared her all at the same time? Maybe it was his freshness, his youth, his smile that was flawless and bright and aimed at her.

He stopped in front of her. "You're here."
"Yes. I-I hope it's okay that I just showed up like this without calling first."

"Yep. I'm glad you're here. I can stop checking my phone every thirty seconds now."

Checking his phone? Was he serious? Surely not. "I-I'm sure you have things to do. I just wanted to…" Lily hated that she was stumbling all over herself and couldn't seem to get a string of words to come out in some semblance of order and make sense. The man had her all tongue-tied and she wished she hadn't had that particular thought, because she would love to be tongue-tied, naked, and wrapped around him.
Dammit. She really had to stop thinking things like that. If she could just stay focused on the fact that he was so much younger than her, she might actually get out of this awkward mess unscathed.
And he had to stop looking at her like he wanted to devour her.
"I have nothing else that I'm needed for until tomorrow, so that means I'm all yours tonight."

"Oh." She likely hadn't hidden the surprise at his choice of words, because he laughed. All hers? Yeah, right. In what universe was a man like Cam Carter ever going to be "all hers"?

"You like that idea."

The man was reading her mind again, just as he'd done at the autograph session. She had to learn not to be so transparent. Alli was forever telling her that everything she thought or felt could be seen in her eyes and in the expressions on her face. "Well, yes, of course. How could I not?" She'd play along, though. How often did an average, ordinary music teacher and orchestra member get this kind of opportunity? "I'd be crazy to not want you all to myself."

"Great. Because that's how I want you." He stepped closer and lifted his hand, then traced the outline of her cheekbone, causing her breath to catch in her throat. "I want you all to myself."

He was going to kiss her. She knew it because he took off his sunglasses, because the pulse beat in his neck had kicked into high gear, because his lips actually brushed hers. Oh. My. God.
He's too young. He's too young. He's too young.

Her mind rattled off the litany. She promised herself she needed to remember it in the event she got carried away and gave serious consideration to spending any kind of time with him. But all of it flew away in the breeze when she let herself get swept up in the softness of his lips, the insistent tip of his tongue, the feel of his hand sliding into her hair, holding her mouth to his.
It was a brief kiss, just a taste of him, but it was enough to whet her appetite for more. The little devil inside her head laughed. As if she needed her appetite whetted. She had thought of little else in the last six days, and she'd never wrestled with anything more. Should she or shouldn't she? Should she call or just show up?

More than once, she'd picked up the phone and dialed his number but never let the call go through. What if he hadn't remembered her by just her name and voice alone? What if he put her off or changed his mind or hadn't meant for her to take the date and time on the picture seriously?
She'd been so uncertain that Alli had actually followed her to the race shop and waited while she got out of her car and sat down on the bench. As soon as Alli left, Lily had entertained the same notion, but then Cam walked out, and she couldn't walk away without trying. Trying what, she didn't know, but there was definitely something between them, some chemistry even she couldn't deny.

"Just as sweet as I knew you'd be."

Lily smiled, unsure what to say. You are just as hot as I remembered, and I want to see how hot you are naked in bed.

"What do you want to do? Dinner? A movie? A concert? A club? Whatever you want to do, we will do."

"A date?"

"Yes. What did you think this was?"

"I don't know. I didn't know you wanted to go out with me. On a date. In public."

Cam looked at her curiously, his smile faltering, his eyes hooded and unreadable. "Was I being presumptuous in thinking that you might like to?"

"I… No. No, not at all. "

The light returned to his face and it took her breath away. Again. Damn. The effect the man had on her… Cam Carter wanted her, wanted to spend time with her, go out on a date with her. She wasn't strong enough to deny him or herself. He was offering her a chance few women ever got. Why not make the most of it?

And this I took from Ms. Lissa's blog......

'Author's Warning' - This title contains a the younger man/older woman dynamic, a naked chase scene, bare-handed spanking, naughty sex out on the deck, naughty sex in the truck, and a makeshift gag of ladies' unmentionables!

*~*I did receive this book from Night Owl Romance for the purpose of my honest review.
So, all thoughts and comments regarding this book are solely mine!*~*

I do not judge short stories on the rush of their relationships, because they are just that - short stories. So, yes the relationships always could have been drawn out more, yea it seems like they fall in love to fast and of course the story could have been made longer... but it is a short story. So with that said.... here is my review...

Oh my gosh where to start. First off, Ms. Ashlynn is a very new to me author, but new does not mean that she was all sugar and spice with her writing... actually the woman is more like saucy and hot!!!! And omg the woman can write. She had my emotions so raw that I had to make sure I was not in the book with these characters. She strips you bear from soul to sole (pun intended) and puts you back together whole again. This story rocked my socks off. From tortured (no lie!!!) hero to a heroine with a backbone and a baseball bat!! Her characters are so well written, you believe that she has taken pages from someone's journal (my dream journal) and made it into a book. She deliveries her words so thick that you are left holding your breath, waiting for the next line. This story twisted my heart, made my soul cry, made me cross my legs and blush more times than I care to admit. Well, actually I would admit it... I did this for the the whole story!!

Beeca is a woman coming out of an abusive marriage; a woman who came out stronger than when she went in it. She is able to stand on her own two feet and feel proud of that. I loved her for that. She was not a wishy washy woman, she did not contemplate rather she would take the jerk back or not... she was a woman set out to live her life and move on. She might often seek the shadows (or corners) compared to her best friend Summer, who loved to live life out to the fullest and did not care who saw her or what they thought. Becca was the meek one, the quiet one. But being meek does not mean she does not have a backbone. She stood firm in what she believed in and she stood up to "the jerk" and to Jake.

Jake is a man bent on believing that he is a worthless piece of trash like his father. When you meet him, you just want to hold of him and love him with all you have. Then you want to take him and shake him to make him see what you see - a man worthy to receive and give love. Jake came from an abusive family, but what saved him was his best friend's family. Mama Maria took him in and showed him the best way she cold what love was supposed to be. This man is my supreme Sex on a Motorcycle!!!! From his dark, wavy brown hair to the tip of his toes, this man is bad (all six foot one inch). Bad as in beautiful, angry and definitely someone to take notice of. He commands any room he steps in, there are no excuses and no matter how many demons he tries to outrun... he feels he has not run enough or beat his punching bag enough to escape them.
This story is based in today's time where people meet online. Except Becca is doing a piece on online chatting for her job - working at the local newspaper. This is where the story gets good... did Becca get more than she bargained for when encountered Jake. How easy is to lose yourself online, without the face to face meetings? How comfortable do we become typing on our computers... no voice and no face to put with the words. Just black and white...? What happens when you put a voice with the words...? What happens when you put a face with the voice that goes with the black and white words?
It will take some Rough Edges to get to a smooth finish... But you will have to read to find out what happens.........
The title of the book and the cover fit this story perfectly. The story line is about two people are both rough around the edges. Their emotion state is what is really rough and raw. The scene on the cover... well let's just say that you can soooooooooo see this in the story!!!
I urge you to go pick up this story today... Do not wait... Do not hesitate... Buy it now!

If you would like to visit Ms. Ashlynn's Blog, please go --->>> here.
I am sure she would love to hear from you!

Review: Moonlight Menage by Stephanie Julian

Moonlight Ménage
second in the Lucani Lovers series

Book Length: Novel
Book Type: eBook
Publisher: Ellora's Cave Publishing

For eight years, Etruscan witch Tira Belludi has longed to give herself, body and soul, to the two shifter men who hold her heart. But visions of death and fears for her sanity have forced her to keep her distance.
Nic Rocca and Duke Ducati are brothers in everything but blood and partners who have each other’s backs. They share a home, a job and had planned to share their life with Tira between them…until the night she saw their future and built a fortress around her heart.
Now danger and death stalk Nic and Duke. And Tira must make a choice—grab love while she has the chance or watch Nic die from afar and lose Duke forever.
Some of this information was obtained from Stephanie Julian's site (here) and some from Ellora Cave's site (here).

Tira has the gift to see the future, it is a gift that is passed down in her family. Tira's "visions" come from skin on skin contact and it is nothing she can control (at the moment). So imagine those hugs you share or hand shakes you pass daily; is it a gift or is it a curse?

A little back history: At the age of 15, Tira was smitten with not one, but two strapping young men, Nic and Duke. At the age of 18 yrs old, they were consider men by the colony. They knew they had to wait till Tira became of age to have her; so, they bidded their time. Time paid off and Tira was finally able to be with them. Remember the skin to skin contact... remember gift or curse...

Once they are able to be together... a touch that was supposed to be shared between lovers, what their dreams were made of turned into a living nightmare. Tira caught a glimpse of a deadly vision that included her men. After that one touch, she pushed both of them away and put up a wall. Does she want them, hell yes. Do they want her, double hell yes. But with such a strong vision as what she saw, she refuses to be the reason for one of her lover's death. How do you live with the two men you love when you can only touch one lover but not the other. Touching one of the men was like a slice of heaven but the other... was just asking for the nightmare to relive itself over and over.

The book picks up where eight years have passed. Tira's heart breaks from afar to just touch Nic and she has a love/hate relationship with Duke. Nic being the one she can not touch, Duke just assumes he is the stand in for Nic. These men are total opposites of each other. Nic is the charmer and Duke is the silent type. So the love/hate relationship that Tira and Duke share is very pressing on the nerves.

The main thing I love about this story is how it shows what determined love can do. Tira is close to allowing her gift of seeing the future really ruin her future. She has two men who absolutely adore her and would do anything for her and she is lets time slip away because of the vision. This story is a very passionate story. The love of three people, the courage of one woman and the determination of two men to keep what is there - no matter what the cost is.

Nic gets hurt while in his line of duty and plays the pity card to her knowing that she can not resist him. Nic asks her to come back home with the both of them to take care of him. The men are also fed up with the pushing away and the walls that Tira has done over the years. Everyone is saying screw the vision... we want our relationship! But believe me it is a fight to the death for this relationship to survive.

We see all the characters come back in the story and that is another thing I love about Ms. Julian's writing style. This story is about family and Ms. Julian keeps it that way. It picks up right where Kiss of Moonlight left off. This story is awesome and again, the action high, the love scorching and the sex off the charts. Omg is all i can!!!!!!! You better get your glass of ice - not water just ice and a box fan handy (and maybe your hubs or s/o) close by you will need them. These stories can almost be read in a day (depending on what you do for your day job..)
These stories just keep getting better and better!

Some people believe that all things are destine to be as they are. Some people believe they are responsible for their actions and future. Some people believe that things are already all mapped out for them... All these things are true to a point... But I believe we all have choices in life.. what we do with choices will lead you down the next path of life...

Tira finally grew a pair and took matters in her own hands and made the life she wanted... But at what cost does one get what she truly wants... Will Tira get the sweet dreams of her two men... or will she get the nightmares of her visions... To find out you will have to read it!!!!

I am fixing to start the third one... The newly released: Edge of Moonlight!
Be on the lookout for that review coming soon!!!!
