Review: Mardi Gras Magic by Remy Richard *Ellora's Cave*

Mardi Gras Magic
By: Remy Richard

(Read Excerpt)
Jolie Marsden has always been one of the boys, but she’s dying to show her best friend, Palmer Fontaine, that she’s all woman.

Good guy Palmer has never wanted to jeopardize their friendship by making a move on Jolie. But now, thanks to a little voodoo and a dash of Mardi Gras Magic, he can hear Jolie’s every naughty thought and sets out to make her steamy fantasies an orgasm-inducing reality.

Yet he can’t help but wonder whether the magic will linger when the carnival is over.

I obtained the above information at Ellora's Cave.

For those of you that know me... and those that don't this is my little statement about short books.... I do not judge short stories on the rush of their relationships, because they are just that - short stories. So, yes the relationships always could have been drawn out more, yea it seems like they fall in love to fast and of course the story could have been made longer... but it is a short story. So with that said.... here is my review...

This is my first Remy story and let me say that this one freaking rocked.... Okay, for those of you that know me... Know this is my home town, so reading about was awesome and Remy penned this story and location very well! I was really impressed with the story line, the delivery, the heat, the lust, the suspense, the involvement of the surroundings to the action of the story...

Jolie and Palmer are great characters. They are best friends till the end and would never let anything come between their relationship... But Palmer has always wanted something to come between them.... Their bodies... While Jolie has those naughty thoughts, she would rather die than to lose her best friend. Unless of course she could have her cake and eat him too! These are two people you find yourself rooting for to get together! You can feel the magic around them....

I can't tell you to much because this is a short, sexy story.... But know that I want you to read it! I will leave you in all sorts of awe, ohhh, ahhh... Ohhhhh! I thoroughly enjoy this story and look for more to come from Remy! And please..................
Laissez le bon temps rouler!!

And remember... Always keep it Dirty, Smutty & Hussy! Photobucket
